UNO was invented in 1971 by Merle Robbins to resolve an argument with his son over the rules of the game Crazy Eights. Ah, if only that was the solution to all card game disputes, a lot of cowboys wouldn't have shot each other squabbling over cards and they would've lived fat off of the royalties on the games they created. UNO could have tamed the Wild West...unless of course someone trys to pull a Draw Four card outta their sleeve, in which that case I say shoot the cheating dog! Yee-haw!!!!
