Homer as Radioactive Man

This is one of many plush toys I've picked up out of crane machines over the years. I'm a little confused why Homer is dressed as Radioactive Man, as that is something that has never happened on the Simpsons. Of course, I could be wrong about that: I stopped watching the show about 9 years ago. I really wish the show had stopped, it really hasn't been good in a loooooong time.

    I remember this episode where Homer wants to be the Radioactive Man , it inclusive is one of the funniest episodes of this TV fable. Even my favorite one is when Bart win an elephant on a radio concourse.
